Ordered two bikes a single was assembled improperly causing the gear hanger breaking thrice! Shop held the bike hostage and failed to realise until I agreed to pay for even though it ought to have been in warranty as well as the service must be without cost. They blamed me and implied I do not learn how to adjust gears and search after my bikes!
